License Agreement

By downloading or purchasing Soniqor Sample Packs (“Product(s)”), you (“Licensee”) agree to the following terms.

1. License Grant

1.1 Free Packs

• You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the free sample pack in your own music, productions, and personal projects.

• You may use the sounds in commercial projects.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or include the sounds in sample libraries or other products for sale.

1.2 Paid Packs

• You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the purchased sample pack in your own music, productions, and commercial projects.

• You may use the sounds in unlimited projects, including music sold on streaming platforms, albums, or sync placements.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the raw samples as standalone files or as part of another sample pack.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Claim the samples as your own or include them in competing sample libraries.

• Share or redistribute the raw audio files in any format (including free or paid).

• Use the samples in a way that violates copyright or local laws.

3. Ownership

All Soniqor Sample Packs remain the property of Soniqor. The license only grants the right to use the sounds as outlined above. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Disclaimer

• The samples are provided “as is.”

• Soniqor is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from use of the samples.

• No warranties are provided regarding the quality, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. If you violate any of the terms, your license to use the Product(s) is automatically revoked.
